為(wei)了提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)補能效(xiao)率(lv)(lv),大功(gong)率(lv)(lv)快充成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)各(ge)車企(qi)的(de)研(yan)發(fa)重點(dian)。相(xiang)較(jiao)于(yu)400V架構(gou)(gou)(gou),切換800V架構(gou)(gou)(gou)能夠(gou)使充電時(shi)間減少一(yi)半(ban)。從400V增至 800V對連(lian)接(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、體(ti)積和(he)電氣性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能提(ti)(ti)出了更(geng)高(gao)(gao)要(yao)求,其(qi)在(zai)機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能、電氣性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能、環境(jing)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能三方面均將(jiang)持續提(ti)(ti)升。升壓后,高(gao)(gao)壓連(lian)接(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)將(jiang)重新選型,增加(jia)大功(gong)率(lv)(lv)快充接(jie)口(kou)及400V到(dao)800V的(de)轉化(hua)(hua)接(jie)口(kou),帶動(dong)高(gao)(gao)壓連(lian)接(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)單(dan)車價(jia)值量上升。要(yao)構(gou)(gou)(gou)建800V高(gao)(gao)壓平臺,碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)是關鍵。作為(wei)一(yi)種寬(kuan)禁(jin)帶半(ban)導體(ti)材(cai)料,碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)具有(you)出色的(de)耐高(gao)(gao)壓性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能,并能有(you)效(xiao)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)整體(ti)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv),達到(dao)5%至10%的(de)增幅——即(ji)同(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)電池(chi)容量,配備碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)的(de)汽車續航里程(cheng)可(ke)(ke)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)5%到(dao)10%。此(ci)外,同(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能的(de)碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)尺寸約為(wei)硅(gui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)的(de)1/10,因而(er)它還(huan)能降低(di)電驅系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)體(ti)積和(he)重量,從而(er)釋放更(geng)多(duo)車輛(liang)內部(bu)空間。盡(jin)管 SiC MOSFET 本(ben)(ben)身(shen)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao),但會看到(dao)整個電機驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)價(jia)格下降(通過減少布線、無源(yuan)元件(jian)、熱(re)管理等(deng)(deng)),并且與 Si IGBT 系(xi)統(tong)(tong)相(xiang)比總體(ti)上可(ke)(ke)能更(geng)便宜。這種成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)節省可(ke)(ke)能需要(yao)在(zai)兩(liang)個應用系(xi)統(tong)(tong)之間進(jin)行復雜的(de)設計和(he)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)研(yan)究分析,但可(ke)(ke)能會提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)并節省成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)。
